Can I advertise on the portals independently?

You cannot advertise your property directly on the property portals without an agent. However, when you sell your park home, lodge or static caravan online with Parkmove, we will market your property on our property portal network. This means that it will be advertised on Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation, OnTheMarket and of course Parkmove itself.

What should I do if I wish to complain?

At Parkmove we strive to deliver the best possible service. However, if you are dissatisfied, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve matters quickly and efficiently for you. To report a complaint put your complaint in writing to customerservice@parkmove.co.uk .Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days of receipt. The Customer service Department will respond within 15 days after an in depth investigation has been undertaken. If you are less than satisfied with the outcome, you have the right to take your complaint to The Property Ombudsman. Their details will be provided by the Customer service Department when they produce their final viewpoint. Should I put my house on the market before I start looking for a new property?

Generally speaking, it is much easier to find a property to move to than to sell your home. We would suggest you put your house on the market well in advance of looking for the next one. You don't have to accept an offer on your current home before you have found a new one. You can also ask a potential buyer for time to find one before you move out.

How quickly can you visit to verify my property?

We can normally arrange a visit within 48 hours.

Why should we choose you over a local agent?
