Coffee Morning at Hockley Park, Essex SS5 5MQ - Hockley Park

Coffee morning at Hockley Park — Thursday 5th November

Pop in for a coffee and see what life at Hockley Park is really like.

We’re opening the doors of our show home at Hockley Park for a relaxed coffee morning on Thursday 5th November, and you’re very welcome to join us any time between 10:00am and 2:30pm. There’s no pressure and no appointment needed — just come along, have a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of cake, and take your time having a look around.

Hockley Park is a mature, well-established residential park for the over-45s, tucked away in a quiet and secure setting on the edge of Hockley. It’s peaceful and green, with plenty of walks and wildlife on the doorstep, while the village centre, station and shops are only a short drive away.

On the day you’ll be able to:

• Step inside The Regency, our move-in ready show home, and see the space, layout and finish for yourself
• Walk the park at your own pace and get a feel for the community
• Chat informally with our team about park home living, running costs, part exchange and the buying process
• Ask all the questions you’d rather not ask over the phone

About the home

The Regency is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom Omar park home on Plot 9, priced at £149,950. It has a classic exterior with box bay windows and a feature front door, a bright lounge and dining area with an electric fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen with integrated oven, gas hob, extractor and fridge-freezer, and fitted wardrobe storage in the bedroom. It’s built to BS 3632 residential standard and comes with a 10-year warranty. And because it’s a park home, there’s no stamp duty to pay.

This is currently the only home available at Hockley Park, so if you’ve been thinking about a move to this part of Essex, this is a rare chance to see it in person.
