Hazelgrove Park Autumn Open Days — Friday 16 & Saturday 17 October 2026
Join us at Hazelgrove Park in Saltburn-by-the-Sea for two days of open viewings as we complete the final phase of this established coastal community.
Hazelgrove Park is home to more than 200 residents, set in woodland a short walk from Saltburn's beach, pier and Victorian high street. It's a 12-month residential park for the over-45s, and pet-friendly, with up to two pets per home.
Friday 16 October — relaxed, private viewings by appointment. A quieter day to take your time and talk one-to-one with our sales team.
Saturday 17 October, 10am–4pm — our main Open Day. Tour the park, meet our residents and hear what living here is really like.
Over both days you can walk through The Sonnet, our brand-new fully furnished show home (2 bed, 2 bath, 800 sq ft, £239,950), view the last remaining plots in the final phase, and talk through home models, pricing and part-exchange with our team.
£7,500 towards your new home: reserve a plot or home at Hazelgrove Park between 16 and 31 October 2026 and receive a voucher worth up to £7,500 towards optional extras such as white goods, garden and landscaping, a garage or shed, or driveway upgrades.
