Are residential park homes leasehold?

Park homes are neither leasehold or freehold because under the mobile homes act 2013 the land on which they stand remains the sole property of the land owner...If someone has an agreement to live in a park home or lodge as their only or main place of residence on a protected site then they will have the benefit of the rights and protections provided by the 1983 act. This includes a number of important terms which will be written into their agreement.
